Different ways of making green tea

As we all know, there are three main steps in the production of green tea.Kill green, knead and dry. Our organic green tea has four different ways of making green.


1.Stir-fried green tea

Refers to green tea that is dried and mainly stir-fried (or all fried). The aroma is rich and refreshing, and the taste is thick and refreshing, which is the style of fried green tea.


2.Roast green tea

Refers to green tea that is dried mainly (or dried entirely). The aroma of roasted green tea is clear and fresh, and the taste is mellow and sweet. The aroma of roasted green tea is not as strong as that of fried green tea.


3.Sun-dried green tea

Refers to green tea that is mainly dried (or completely dried) in the sun. Sun-dried green tea has a high aroma, a strong taste, and a sun odor.



4.Steamed green tea

Steam greening is China's ancient use of the green killing method, the use of steam to destroy the enzyme activity in fresh leaves, the formation of dry tea color dark green, tea soup turquoise and leaf bottom green "three green" quality characteristics, high aroma, refreshing taste.
