The bud head of the Baihao silver Milli hairs is plump, covered with Baihao, straight as a needle and white as silver. FUDING tea bud thick hair, color white rich luster, soup color light apricot yellow, taste fresh and refreshing. Zheng He's soup is mellow and fragrant.
The picking standard of silver needle Baihao raw material is to pick one bud and one leaf from the tender shoots of spring tea and then gently peel off the real leaves and fish leaves with fingers. The peeled tea buds are evenly spread on the water screen (a kind of bamboo screen) to avoid overlapping. Put them in weak sunlight or outside the ventilation shade, cool them to 80% or 90% dry, and then simmer at 30-40 ℃ in the baking cage until they are dry enough. Also used in the sun instead of baking cage drying to the whole dry, known as the hair needle. After sifting, the long and fat tea buds are picked, and then the stems (commonly known as silver needle feet) are removed by hand, and the leaves, fragments, and quality are picked by sifting and winnowing. Finally, the tea buds are dried by the slow fire and packed in boxes while it is hot.
