What is the difference between Lapsang Souchong, Keemum black tea and Dianhong?

Chinese black tea(orgainc black tea and EU standard black tea)is sweet and elegant, and its romantic and charming taste is the love of many tea customers. But different black teas also have their own personalities, some are warm and sweet, some are mature and mellow, and some are lively and public.

The red and clear red soup is also pleasing to the eye, as if the sun fell into the bottom of the cup. After drinking it all, a comfortable warmth came.

The beginning of black tea-Lapsang Souchong

Lapsang Souchong was born in the Ming Dynasty and was produced in Tongmuguan area in Fujian Province. It is famous for its unique fragrance of pine smoke and longan soup. There is also a small allusion about its birth.
In Tongmu Village, Wuyishan, Fujian, every household makes tea for a living. One year, the presence of an army delayed the production of tea. After the army left, the tea had been fermented, but they accidentally got Lapsang Souchong.
At the end of the 16th century, Lapsang Souchong spread to Europe and was popular in the British royal family. In European history, it was a symbol of Chinese black tea. "Xiaozhong" means that its tea varieties are small-leaf species, and "Zhengshan" represents authenticity.
Lapsang Souchong is a protected geographical indication product in China. It has a strict origin definition: a radius of 50 square kilometers, east to Ma Li, west to Guadun, south to Pikeng, Guwangkeng, and north to Tongmuguan.
Souchong black tea produced outside this range is called Waishan Souchong, or artificial souchong.
For authentic Lapsang Souchong, the initial production process has to go through multiple processes such as picking, withering, rolling, fermentation, red pot, charcoal roasting and so on.
After the preliminary production process is over, the tea production is only halfway through, and then the refining process will be carried out, including the steps of pile, baking, screening, winnowing, and picking. Lapsang Souchong is made after a number of complicated processes, and the dried tea sticks are so fat and solid, and the color is dark and lustrous.
It also has the glutinous rice fragrance and high fire fragrance that Lapsang Souchong can only have, as well as the silky fruit fragrance.
The soup is red and translucent, the aroma is high and fiery, the taste is mellow, with the flavor of longan soup, and the aroma of sticky and apple is obvious.
The taste is mellow, sweet and refreshing, and the throat rhyme is obvious. Return to the sweetness quickly, the lips and teeth leave fragrance.

In addition to Souchong black tea, Chinese Gongfu black tea is also loved by many tea lovers, among which Keemun black tea is the loudest.
Keemun black tea is abbreviated as Qihong. Keemunblack tea is mainly produced inKeemunCounty, Anhui Province. According to legend, it was created in the Qing Dynasty and has a production history of more than 100 years.
Keemunblack tea is a good product among traditional Gongfu black teas. With the four characteristics of "high fragrance, mellow taste, beautiful shape and bright color", it is one of the world's top three high-flavor black teas.

Qihong's fine processing technology is to pick the buds and leaves of one bud, two and three leaves as raw materials. After withering, rolling and fermentation, the buds and leaves will turn from green to copper-red, and the aroma will come out, and then it will be simmered and baked.
The dried tea sticks are fine and neat, tender and revealing, neat in length, smooth in color, and the pure floral fragrance collides with the rich dried fruit fragrance.
The tea soup is orange-red and translucent, the aroma is high, and the aftertaste is long with a hint of honey aroma, with a unique "Qihong" style. The bottom of the leaf is obviously tender, neat and bright in color.
